The Need- To maximize the benefits of outstanding user experience, KhonText needed product quality checks on their mobile application to check for any errors ranging from simple to complex mistakes like spelling and grammar mistakes to misused terminologies and inconsistent translation. The company also needed to speed up the time it took to translate documents by conducting mobile application tests which ultimately helps to scale up business with an aim to increase user satisfaction and retention on their application. The need was to build a scalable, effective, and responsive structure alongside a strategy that would enable good and consistent feedback on the application quality experience by the users. The Need-

To maximize the benefits of outstanding recruitment and staffing experience, Bilflo already had their APIs developed and ready to sell in the market but they were not confident and vigorous about the APIs functioning accuracy.

The company needed to speed up the time it took to gather applicants data by conducting various API tests which ultimately helps to scale up business with an aim to increase user satisfaction and retention on their application. It was needed to have a scalable, effective, and responsive structure that would enable a smooth and consistent recruitment process and staffing tasks on their application. 

This ultimately leads to increase in gross margin and overall profitability as by automating the whole process, Bilflo can focus on other primary objectives of their business manually and let the staffing process occur automatically. 

Solution-

To measure their APIs functioning accuracy, a specialized team of engineers of QA Fiction performed extensive API testing using Postman (Tool to test APIs) automation feature and also integrated postman with slack to verify and check for any breaks in the application via slack channel. 

Prior to delivering the APIs to the end user, QA Fiction team additionally developed postman which offers a fast and effective way to monitor and check API health status by automatically executing web services tests on a daily basis. 

There was a need for API testing and we opted for it with the help of Postman to transform their business to a new level.
